Our vision at Balanced Bodies Lifestyle Clinic is to inspire individuals to achieve their daily dose of movement. We focus on helping people improve their health with expert guidance from our team of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitian, Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. We believe movement is medicine and a one size fits all approach doesn’t work. All our programs are designed specific to the person in front of us and our team takes pride in not just caring for our clients but about them as well. We take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle so we can find a solution that works. Balanced Bodies Lifestyle Clinic offers 1-1 sessions and group exercise classes.
