12RND Fitness is a 12 station (round) circuit that combines boxing, functional strength and cardio exercises. In a truly unique experience our trainers are there to support you with one to one coaching throughout your session. And this isn’t just on our strength and cardio stations, you also get to spend time one on one with our qualified boxing trainers hitting the bags and pads on every single circuit! And don’t worry if you’ve never boxed before, we teach boxing from the ground up.
Ever get frustrated at having to book group fitness? Or always running late to a class? Our continuous circuit model means that you don’t need to book and you’ll never be late. Just turn up, warm up and jump on a free station to start your circuit. 12 rounds is a killer 42 minute workout, but you can do as many or as few rounds as you like!
With a new circuit every single day plus our trainers and community always supporting you, you’ll always feel motivated and never get bored!
We also have free parking outside our studio and are a 5 minute walk from North Sydney station.
