At Vets on Falcon, we’re a family-owned, independent veterinary hospital built around the idea that pets and their families deserve both exceptional medical care and a genuinely personal experience. Together with our sister hospital, Pet Medical Milsons Point, we are proud to be the only family-owned veterinary practices on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, allowing us to provide continuity of care and long-term relationships that are increasingly hard to find.

Our purpose-built hospital in Crows Nest offers comprehensive veterinary services including medicine, surgery, dentistry, in-house pathology, diagnostic imaging, and access to visiting specialists, all under one roof. We’re proud to be a Fear Free Accredited Hospital and an ISFM Gold Cat Friendly Hospital, with a strong focus on low-stress handling and creating a calm, welcoming environment for both dogs and cats.

Our experienced team is passionate about combining modern veterinary medicine with warm, compassionate care. Whether it’s a routine visit or a more complex medical case, we believe in taking the time to get to know both you and your pet, so you always feel supported, informed, and part of the decision-making process.

We would love to meet you and your pet. Come and see what makes us different!
