Ambitious local home baking brand I Love Butter sets out to change the way people have breakfast by providing bake-at-home croissants and cinnamon scrolls… yum!
Local café owner Sophia Ly (she runs popular Nosh+ on Spofforth Street on the border of Cremorne and Mosman) recently launched the I Love Butter concept with the goal of changing the way that we think about our early morning routine.
“Breakfast used to be the most important meal of the day, but in the fast-paced 21st century, the home breakfast has lost its way. I wanted to refresh the way people thought about breakfast by encouraging them to slow down. Let’s all take a moment in the morning before we jump on the busy treadmill of life,” says Sophia.
And what better way to enjoy your morning than indulging in delicious home-baked pastries?
The I Love Butter new range of products aims to liberate people’s morning routines with delicious masterpieces they have created themselves.
Choose from fluffy buttery croissants ($27 for a pack of six) or fabulous cinnamon scrolls ($25 for a pack of five). Coming with step-by-step instructions, suitable for even the most novice of bakers, all you’ll need are some baking trays, baking paper, egg and water. And the most important ingredient, according to Sophia, a bit of love!
The frozen goods are currently pick up only from Nosh+, but there are plans to offer delivery in the near future. You can purchase the products at www.ilovebutter.com.au with same day pick up available if you order before 12pm.
Plus the team has also just launched I Love Butter Catering – suitable for corporate or social events – featuring a wide selection of sweet and savoury pastries, sandwiches, cakes and more.
