The new controls were due to the perceived over-development by developers seeking to maximise the potential of the +700m2 lots that were released for sale. The vendors‚Äô original plans for two single level four bedroom with a media room duplexes were rejected due to the new increased private open space requirements.

After engaging with local planners and council representatives, Simon said he was pleased to have council approve the two duplexes that are now both two storeys high each comprising four bedrooms, a study nook and an over sized media room and garage with additional storage and satisfy the private open space requirements. His Mosman vendor is elated that local agents have confirmed that $300 000 – $400 000 of equity has been generated through the build.
