Music lovers are spoilt for choice this March, with North Sydney Council hosting the much-loved Sunset Series in Ted Mack Civic Park.  

Sunset Series returns for a second year running after proving a big hit last year, and this year it will be hosted in Ted Mack Civic Park, North Sydney. 


This two-day line-up gets underway from 4pm on Saturday 26 March with a DJ set followed by a performance of classic party pop and rock hits by Lily Road. Sunset Series culminates on  Sunday 27 March with a performance by North Sydney Orchestra from 5pm to 7pm. 

Mayor of North Sydney Zoe Baker said: “After a wet summer and Omicron, I know people are keen to venture out and make the most of the warm evenings while they last. We’ve scheduled a wide variety of music – from classical, to pop, to soul – to ensure there’s a  performance to suit everyone.”

Saturday 26 March, 4pm – 7pmLily Road

Lily Road joins Sunset Series for the first time and is sure to have the audience dancing to their favourite pop party anthems from the 60s and 70s,through till now. They will play a combination of pop, disco, house, RnB and funk hits.

DJ set: DJ D-Flat

Sunday 27 March, 4pm – 7pmNorth Sydney Symphony Orchestra

This performance completes the Sunset Series line-up with well known orchestral pieces from famous composers including Mozart, Tchaikovsky and Bizet.

Event Information

Concerts begin from 4pm with a DJ set, then the headline act will take to the stage from 5pm to 7pm.

Food will be available to purchase but attendees can also bring their own picnics.
